Game Worn Jersey Auction To Benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters
Pre-bidding began at Noon on Monday, July 21 and will end Tuesday, August 5 at Noon. To pre-bid during normal business hours, call Tim Beckwith at (717) 801-4486, or come to the Bon Ton Fan Service Center during a Revolution home game. All bidders are asked to be present for the August 6 game against the Newark Bears and check in at 6:30 p.m. in the Bon Ton Fan Service Center to see if they are the highest bidder. The number on the back of purple jerseys are subject to change, you are bidding on the jersey the player wears August 6. 2. You MUST be present for the game on August 6 in order to win and receive a jersey from a player or coach. 3. To place a bid, you may either do so in person at the Bon Ton Fan Service Center during a Revolution home game or by calling Tim Beckwith at 717-801-4486 during normal business hours, no emails please. 4. All bids will start at $50 per jersey. 5. You MUST provide a full name and telephone number when placing a bid. 6. Pre-bid calls will end on August 5 at Noon. 7. Those who are the highest bidders on August 5 at Noon will be contacted and must confirm that they will be present for the game on August 6. Game time is at 7:07 p.m. 8. The top bidders as of August 5 at Noon must then report to the Bon Ton Fan Service Center the night of the game (August 6) by 6:30 p.m. to check in. If they do not check in, then it goes to the next highest bidder. Please note the bidding begins at approximately 6:00 p.m. that night, so there is a chance you may no longer be the highest bidder. 9. Bidding WILL begin at the opening of gates on August 6, (approximately 6:00p.m.) during the game and will conclude at the end of the fifth inning. 10. All jersey winners will be announced over the public address and told to report to the Bon Ton Fan Service Center during the seventh inning. Payment will be taken in cash, check, Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Checks can be made out to Big Brothers Big Sisters. 11. Winners will be escorted down onto the field for a post-game ceremony (players and coaches will be handing over their jerseys right off their backs at the end of the game.)
