The song became Billboard’s longest charting single, spending 49 weeks on the Hot 100 chart.

In all, Blues Traveler has released six albums that have been certified gold or platinum. In addition to appearing on The Late Show with David Letterman more often than any other musical act, the band also appeared in the film Blues Brothers 2000 and is featured on its soundtrack. Their latest, “Cover Yourself,” a “best of” album featuring alternate versions of their most loved songs, debuted in October of 2007.
